According to the Acting Head of Marketing and Direct Sales of the HFC Bank, Bekoe Palmer-Buckle e-Zwich is to serve as a national electronic platform for all payments, and settlements of financial transactions, between the various financial institutions, as well as businesses and individual customers.

Customers were told that the HFC bank had already gone live on the e-Zwich platform, with smart cards being issued and called on by Manager of the HFC Tamale Branch, Mr. Kwesi Asiedu Darko to immediately approach the bank for e-Zwich smart cards, to enable them have direct accounts with the bank, if they haven’t one.
