As a part of the agreement Paragon Application Systems is to resell SmartSoft-IT solutions in North and South America.

The partnership of the two companies provides a complete set of tools necessary for migration of ePayment systems from magnetic stripe cards to EMV scheme. While SmartSoft-IT offers software solutions for EMV card issuance, card personalization and EMV processing changes for devices Paragon Application Systems has at its command test tools to simulate the entire online EMV transaction including cards, devices, hosts, issuers, acquirers and switches.
