Kabira & Comdata Processing Systems The cooperation of Comdata Processing Systems (CPS), a well-known merchant processor, and Kabira Technologies Inc., has resulted in the implementation of a new platform that allows processing highly reliable payments transactions. According to the originators this platform allows processing merchant transactions which meet all the modern requirements. Among other features the designers also note the ability to support the long-term business growth of the customers.

Comdata Processing Systems believe that owing to Kabira the company will be able to introduce new technologies to the market. "Kabira technology has a reputation for delivering high availability on open systems hardware that was previously only thought to be obtainable from mainframe solutions. Our Payment Switch, like all Kabira extreme transaction processing products, is architected to not only deliver extreme performance, but extreme ROI and extreme time-to-market as well," said Paul Sutton, president and chief executive officer of Kabira.

Kabira technologies are famous all over the world by their reliability and high-performance and this has played the main role in the choice of the CPS. "We selected Kabira technology for our payments switch, because CPS handles mission-critical payments processes for our customers. This responsibility to our customers compels us to use technology that has been proven to be as robust and scalable as required by the most demanding circumstances," commented Rod Katzfey, senior vice president and general manager for CPS.
