ChronoPay will pal with PayPal

According to the information appeared on the Russian websites Chronopay, Russian payment, have opened an office in Florida, the US. At the moment the processor is negotiating with the bank through which all the transactions will be conducted. It is also known that the General Director of Chronopay, Pavel Vrublevsky has already appointed Gilbert Oliva as a Sales manager. 

Also the processor plans to partner with the American giant of e-payment industry PayPal. This partnership will be mutually beneficial for both of the payment systems. May be this way PayPal will solve all the problems with the plastic cards issued by Russian banks. It is necessary to mention that despite PayPal came to Russia in 2006 it still has not got its r representative office in that country.
