CASHplus users to benefit from Firethorn's platform

A team-work was initiated between Fundtech and Firethorn Holdings to equip Fundtech's CASHplus cash management system with mobile connectivity.

Deploying Firethorn's mobile commerce platform Fundtech will be able to provide its CASHplus users with the option to view account details, transfer funds and initiate bill payments. The goal of Fundtech is to fully integrate Firethorn's technology into the CASHplus system.

The application provided by Firethorn has multiple levels of security, including PIN authorization and lockout, which disables access if the phone is lost or stolen, data encryption, and two-factor authentication and security via the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
