Booking online in Russia

[img_assist|nid=7929|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=100|height=91]Customers of Russian Aeroflot are now able to pay for their airline tickets by means of the global network. JSC Aeroflot and WTB 24 bank introduced a new online payment system.

The new payment gateway allows customers to use credit cards via Aeroflot website. Due to the system air tickets purchasing becomes more convenient and besides it significantly increases payment transaction safety.
Introduction of a full-scale and secure payment system made by Aeroflot in partnership with WTB 24 enables a comprehensive and effective tool for online sale of air tickets as per Sergey Kiryushin, Aeroflot deputy director general and IT manager.

"As of June 1, the airline's entire route network will support electronic tickets and we hope that demand for this online ticketing tool will increase", says Sergey Kiryushin.
