Book now and pay later with PayPal

Customers flying with Eagan-based Northwest Airlines are offered promotional financing service PayPal Pay Later. The airline entered into a new agreement with PayPal online payment processor to allow its consumers to book tickets now and pay for them later via PayPal’s special feature.

With PayPal Pay Later option passengers can order flights on Northwest's Web site and delay their payments for 90 days. The service is available to all passengers irrespective of their having or not having accounts with PayPal.

The partnership between Northwest Airlines and PayPal, a subsidiary of San Jose, Calif.-based eBay has been lasting since June 2007.
