And now he came back for the third time, maybe for the forth time with the same hyip which called best-hours.

The latest come back was on August 31st or ten days ago. This time he offers two different high rate of return and short time frame types of plans which are 45% hourly for 5 hours and 200% after one day.

If you still remember, back November last year, this hyip has turned to scam only a day after been launched and every member did not receive complete pay out in one cycle plan.

Then he appeared again in beginning of this year and again in middle of July this year but only for short lived. And for every ‘turn up’, he offered different high rate of return and short time frame types of plans of which mostly were minutely and hourly plans. Stay away from this historically proven scam.
