Barbados is ready for debit card network

Barbados as the whole Caribbean region is not just the place of entertainment or rest. As a famous offshore, this country needs good pay and processing systems. Today this region comes  up with opportunity to develop region debit card network. This opportunity will allow cross border transactions and will help to develop online activity of that region.

According to the economist Winston Moore who is author of related to this topics publications such as "Trends and Prospects for the debit card industry", debit card network will be profitable both for merchants and customers. Merchants will prefer online debit cards due to lower interchange fees. And for customers debit card network is profitable because of its security.

Moore also notes that overseas this service becomes really popular because it offers customer the option to get cash back at any POS terminal.
