Azerbaijan wants all the payment systems to unit

[img_assist|nid=10889|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=100|height=100]One of the payment processing leaders of Azerbaijan, Azericard, has offered the other payment systems of the CIS countries to unit and to join their efforts.

“We have not received any positive responds. Banks do not want to base cooperation on VISA and MasterCard, but the unification could be beneficiary. Based on VISA and MasterCard experience we could reduce commissions during transactions,” said Elmar Sadighov, the Director of Azericard. 

Azericard has already applied to Russian banks (in particular Sberbank and Uralsib) for this issue, reports Azerbaijan Business Center.
