Last year this growth in the developed countries has remitted though continued developing. But nowadays we can see a real boom of e-commerce developing in the countries with weak economy. Mainly these are Asian and African countries.

One of such examples is China. According to the news from an Internet business forum held by Alibaba, a famous e-commerce Internet business, and China's Chongqing Municipality the number of Internet businesses has increased rapidly in western China. The results have shown that approximately 400,000 businessmen from Chongqing Municipality run their business on the Alibaba and Taobao websites.

The main interesting thing is that electronic commerce came to the western region of China much later in comparison with the other ones. According to the words of Wei Zhe, CEO of Alibaba, in 2007 Internet businesses from Chongqing Municipality joining Alibaba have increased at a rate of one business net per day. He also added that this growth will influence also on the bulwark of bad transportation and information lagging.
