Australians are displeased with the work of their banks

ANZ, Commonwealth, NAB and Westpac According to the last study Australian credit cardholders are not sure that their four big banks provide their customers the best credit card offers. According to the poll results 69.2% of the responders were displeased with the services of . The other part of the poll participants preferred to stay neutral.

Comparing to the rest of the world Australians pay higher average annual fees and higher interest rates. Other services outside the four giants offer new products that suit the customers more than the products offered by the banks. As a rule those products are consumer-oriented credit card products with lower interest rates and reduced service fees.

As a conclusion the survey said that ANZ, Commonwealth, NAB and Westpac should also offer the cards of such types in order to gain the former popularity, as not everyone can pay the bill in full every month.
