Having issued Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in 2006 the USA declared all the online casinos illegal and has deprived the US residents to play openly. However, the trouble of the Americans turned into the happiness of the Europeans. UIGEA was a real accelerator for the European gambling industry.

More over, many governments work on the laws to regulate the industry that promises wonders and to legalize it.

However it became known that some of the US governors are thinking of the gambling come back. So, not long ago it became known that the famous actor in the past and the successful governor in the present - Arnold Schwarzenegger announced his intention to legalize online gambling in California. The analysts say that in case of success the job of the Terminator may cause a domino effect countrywide and will finally reverse the UIGEA.
