Rajiv Dutta, President of PayPal, has joined the Board of Directors at VUDU Inc., a company that sells $399 boxes letting users download high-definition videos to their TV sets (of course, a high-speed Internet access is required). Customers pay for movie rentals or purchases only, without any monthly fee.

Prior to PayPal, Dutta was at the head of Skype, now also owned by eBay, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at eBay. Before joining eBay in 1998, he worked at KLA-Tencor and Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc.
