[img_assist|nid=7568|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=100|height=100]A new comprehensive business credit monitoring system that provides relevant and actionable alerts, enabling clients to minimize risk and maximize customer relationships was launched recently by Experian(R), a global information services company. The system is to be known as Account Monitoring Service(SM).

At the expense of the technology, clients will receive the industry's widest range of credit-based alerts about significant positive and negative events in their customers' credit profiles which will enable them to prevent risks or unordered expensive purchases.

Account Monitoring Service is available in three alternatives. The clients may avail of batch, Web service or new software interface, Portfolio Alert Advisor(SM). The software users will be able to view and process alerts in a prioritized list that can be expanded to provide specific details about each event or change. Besides by means of Portfolio Alert Advisor the account management process may be improved and accelerated. This is possible due to a multiuser, workflow-driven environment that helps reduce labor costs and time spent managing individual accounts.

"Establishing a proven portfolio management system is an important practice that every company should embrace," stated Dan Meder, vice president of Experian's Business Information Services. "By utilizing our Account Monitoring Service, clients can allocate critical resources more efficiently, improve cash flow and develop stronger customer relationships. It also can help them stay competitive in tough economic times by helping to reduce delinquency and improve collections efforts."
