A new face of TxCore

Significant changes are being introduced in the prepaid card processing technology developing company, TxCore. The first one is that the company changes its name to TxVia and second is that it appoints new members to the company's executive team.

The seat of the executive vice president, Product division will be occupied by Anne Kortlander, which previously was the senior vice president at Fidelity National Information Systems and its predecessors, eFunds Prepaid Solutions and WildCard Systems. Besides she held a position at Visa, as the senior vice president.

The position of the new executive vice president of the Programme and Managed Services division will be given to Jonathan Weiner who worked as the president of Prepaid Media.

Christopher Petersen was appointed by TxVia as the vice president for Managed Services unit. Iris Quitta is the new director for business development.

Shashi Kapur, who previously worked as chief information officer of WildCard Systems, took a seat of advisory board member. Aggarwal was appointed chairman of the board of directors. Besides, the board of directors will include the TxVia chief financial officer, Raymond Iglesias III. Carl M. Ansley, who founded TxCore, was appointed the president of the company.
