Samsung vs Apple: who will win?

According to the Wall Street Journal Samsung Electronics Co. has filed a suit against Steve Job’s Apple. In the papers submitted by Samsung, the company charges Apple with infringement of patents covering Samsung’s 3G technology that reduces date-transmission errors and the patented technology allowing to connect phone to the PC and to use its wireless data connection. Also, it was said that Apple used Samsung’s transmission optimization technology which allows reducing power usage during transmission.

It is necessary to say that recently Apple brought an action against Samsung claiming that they have stolen the design of their Galaxy cellphone and tablet from Apple’s iPhone and iPad. According to Apple Samsung copied their design, operation and even packaging.
