83% of British consures have problems with m-payments

According to the recent report of Tealeaf based on the survey conducted by Harris Interactive®, 83% of 10 million of the UK online consumers faced problems when making online payments through their mobile devices.   

According to the recent report of Tealeaf based on the survey conducted by Harris Interactive®, 63% of m-commerce users in the UK use their mobile devices for online shopping, 37% of them prefer to conduct financial transactions, 34% use the phones for travel bookings and 23% - for insurance payments or purchases. 43% mobile users use apps for m-commerce operations and 41% use internet browsers. It was also revealed that on average the m-commerce consumers conducted 4.4 transactions per month. 

It was also found that 83% of online consumers using mobile phones faced problems when making online payments through their mobile devices. After that 30% of users preferred to stop executing the operation on mobile device and try them on computer, 13% said that they changed app or website, and 9% assured that that it was the time they used mobile phones for online transactions. And only 23% called the customer support.   

The survey covered 10 million people.
