Google introduces free call service to support its AdWords customers

Google has announced new ways of support for its AdWords customers. Previously the company offered email and online support and now free phone support became available. According to the official statement of Google, now the clients from US and Canada who have questions about their accounts or advertising campaigns can call an AdWords specialist. The call is free.

“We’re adding phone support for a simple reason: you asked for it! You told us that while you appreciate online resources like our AdWords Help Center, you also want the option to get live, expert support when you need it. We heard you, and got to work assembling a team of AdWords experts to answer your calls,” says the official blog of Google.

To call the specialists of Google one need to give a call at 1-866-2Google between Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm Eastern Time.

This service is for the existing AdWords advertisers only.

The company also told that very soon such service will become available for the advertisers in other countries.
