eBillme becomes available to Discover’s merchant network

eBillme payments will now be available on the Discover Network through CardinalCommerce’s Centinel® Universal Merchant Platform. Discover’s merchant network will have a new way to attract the growing number of online shoppers who prefer to pay with cash.
