7 new casual games are launched at Bing to eat more users’ time

Targeting to ascertain its "Bing entertainment browser" attracts people to spend a fair amount of time, Microsoft has added seven new games to it.

These seven games are of the casual variety.  One more important fact is that the games are free to play.   Think checkers (or FarmVille), not chess (or Starcraft II), for instance, meaning they'll be accessible to all sorts of individuals.

The games launched are named Belle's Beauty Boutique, Carniball, 8 Ball Champion, Fishdom Spooky Splash, Gardenscapes, Jigsaw, and Pyramid Solitaire.

It’s also possible for players to sign in using their Facebook accounts, and then see real-time feeds of how their friends are doing, with the help of the screenshot below. Additionally they may show off their own scores.

Link with Facebook represents a clever move on Microsoft's part, since it adds an extra dimension to these simple games as social nature of the majority of users motivates them to play games of any sort.

Moreover, Bing’s made sure searches will turn the new games up as the first result.
