Crash of HYIP market: PTV Partner, PanaMoney, Oico, AIM Trust are NOT PAYING

The HYIP market being is shattered with numerous scandals around the investment projects that go dark and show no material signs of their genuine return. Investors who put their money into these programs do not know what to expect and should they actually expect anything after all. Online forums are full with discussions over such projects as PTV Partner, PanaMoney, Oico, AIM Trust and others. People are trying to learn from each other whether there are still any indications of these companies’ live activity, if anyone is still receiving their money back and thus whether there is hope to get at least something back. While the discussions are hot, the HYIP monitors’ reports show that these investment projects now do not have strong rank with most of them downgraded as NOT PAYING or NOT PAID.

It was quite recently that Ecommerce-Journal was talking about the problems with a largest HYIP website Genius Funds. As the time went further and eventually the response from the company officials also went abated it became clear Genius Funds would not return thus going into the list of all scam projects that had been before.

Now it is time for other biggest online investment programs. But who could imagine that we would have it all and at once? That many HYIP giants will turn to scam so soon and at one time? It is not unusual today for many people who invest e-currency into the investment programs in order to make money online that they have deposits in several projects at one time, and as such these online investors have been hit most of all.

PTV Partner

ptvpartner.jpgIn early April the website of online investment project PTV Partner had some problems causing some users to fail to load it. The only info users could get is that the table was broken:

2010-04-06 Cannot access site. Says Table
is broken... Hope they will
fix broken tables and chairs
soon.

Slightly later the website came back again. The company reported at that time: “All payouts for
April 6th and 7th have been paid completely.” But that didn’t appear to be absolutely true because there were some investors who failed to get their money back within the period:

Lies, lies, lies.....! my Investment of $105.--what has matured on Apr. 5. Is till blocked and NOT free for withdraval!

One more investor also wrote:

I'm having 2 investments that
should have matured by April 5
and 7 - still stuck in the
system. Anyone having same
issues?

Surely, these users who dared to say the truth or at least to learn the truth about whether they would be ever paid were attacked and overthrown by optimistic enthusiasts who are always there to cheerlead failing firms. They zealously were arguing that in fact PTV continues paying with Hurrah! exclamations saying that they got paid this sum this day and other sum another day.

Still, the truth is that at the moment the website of PTV Partner looks like this:
_____________11.jpg
As you can see it does not work. The only destination available is PTV blog where you can learn everything about the investment industry in the world.

Moreover, the HYIP monitors say the following:

Hyipexplorer.com

GoldPoll.com

In the mid-April PTV Partner provided the following statement addressing a number of problems with the investment project:

What a Week!

Recently I sent out an email titled "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly". Well, in some ways that's what we're still looking at. First, we'd like to thank those of you that have stood by us. We know there are many who are being patient and understanding. It's not been an easy road for any of us.

Now, down to business, the funds for the ecurrencies are coming. They will not all arrive at the same time as they are taking various routes to get here. As they arrive withdrawal requests ARE being paid. In order to accommodate the most members we are paying the smallest withdraws first. I know we said that we would pay in order of request. But many of the smaller requests are of more necessity than those requesting larger amounts. Don’t worry, we will get all requests completed. Because of the various methods we are using to bring in funds we are anticipating having withdrawals up to normal timeframe by the weekend or at the latest by Monday.

We are working on the maturities. Once again we are anticipating this to be corrected by the weekend as well so bear with us. Of course, the new plans are not affected.

Thing are progressing now of integrating the Bankwire registration page. Because of all the variety of things being worked on, the ability to deposit and withdraw via Bankwire will take until next week. We also will allow withdraw request via Bankwire next week as well, even if your deposits were made via Ecurrency.

Accounting will kick into high gear tomorrow with the additional staff being put into place to work on the accounts.

Understand, we are still going through the suspended accounts. Those that will be unsuspended will be completed by the beginning of next week as well. Please do NOT send any more support tickets on this issue. Once we make a decision you will either access your account or you won't.

TICKET DELETION

We have been overwhelmed by tickets and have found most of them have been answered in our mailouts. Please confine help tickets to personal account problems. We are deleting the backlog of about 600 tickets because there is no way to answer them all. These are the main subjects of tickets and answers so you know the current situation.

SP and PM FUNDS NOT SHOWING IN ACCOUNT:

There appears to be a problem with the SP API sending the deposit info back to your PTV account. Please send a ticket with the subject line FUNDS MISSING. Please include all details from your SP or PM back office.

PLANS NOT MATURING ON TIME:

At the moment the situation is that all investments will mature later than is showing in your back office.
This is due to a server time problem that the techs are working on now. Expect approximately 5-6 days to be added to existing maturity dates. This will not affect new investment maturity timing. Please be patient. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TICKETS ABOUT THIS !!!

OVERPAYMENT RETURN:

If you have received a payment in excess of what you are entitled to, please send it back to the originating PTV account with OVERPAYMENT and your PTxxxxxxx number in the memo. Garrett has stated those who do send the overpayments back without being prompted will receive preferential treatment in the future. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A TICKET !!!

SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT:

If your account has been suspended and you have reason to believe that it should not be, please send a ticket from outside your account outlining the reasons why. Include your PTxxxxxxx number and any relevant details. Please use the Subject line SUSPENSION. Please wait for an answer from the admin before re-opening it. It will take it out of the queue if you do.

PENDING WITHDRAWALS:

Many overpayments were made to keep members happy. Funds allocated to future withdrawal requests were used during this process. To save time these were paid out to processors. Garrett has always stated that only 3 days reserves are held by payment processors. Garrett is organising funds from the earnings of the mine to be sent. The wiring of these funds takes a few days. They should be in the e-currency accounts by the end of this week and at the latest by Monday. Only send a ticket if your legitimate withdrawal request is still pending from before the 7th April and use the subject line FAILED REQUEST.

REDEPOSIT LINK:

The redeposit link was removed to enable the technical staff to do some manual work on the database without hindrance from ever changing data. As soon as the work is completed it will be restored. In the mean time try withdrawing and redepositing. We realise this may be difficult right now but the situation will improve when the e-currency coffers are filled...hopefully by the weekend. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TICKETS ABOUT THIS!!!

OTHER NEWS FROM GARRETT

Our IT staff is working very hard to get things squared away as fast as they can and they have told me the blog will be back working the beginning of next week. It's great to hear so many of you have asked about the time of it's return. We are going to get the forum back on track as well.

Even though I'm in meetings most of this week, I am aware of what's going on. We will be getting back on track just as quickly as we can. There will new things coming out and new opportunities in the future. Everything from here on will smooth out for the most part beginning next week. Please hang in there. Everything that we can is being done to remedy the whole situation and get us back on track so we can move forward in a positive direction and bring us all to the position to:

FREE OUR LIVES!

While the author of the letter aimed to calm down the investors the statement gave soil to more questions and speculations. Commenting the passage - At the moment the situation is that all investments will mature later than is showing in your back office. This is due to a server time problem that the techs are working on now. Expect approximately 5-6 days to be added to existing maturity dates. This will not affect new investment maturity timing. Please be patient. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TICKETS ABOUT THIS !!! – one user noted:

Another joke

Some 5 days ago they were talking just about a 4 day delay, and they were telling that in a few days there will be no more delays, and payment shedule will be back to normal.
And now this.
Surprised? Don't be!

You know what?
Be prepared that in other 4 days you will be told to expect a 8-10 days delay.
And other 4 days after that announcement things will be real fine with delays, because will be no more delays at all, because PTV will be gone by that time

PanaMoney

_____________13.jpgStarting mid-April investors reported the problems with withdrawing their funds from the system:

2010-04-16 I was unpaid 4 days. Requests
for withdraw are returned back
to balance. Admin say problem
with SP. Have anyone the same
problem. I will try to
withdraw to other PP.

Enthusiasts as usual flooded the forums with positive feedback and proofs of being paid regularly with no delays and problems:

2010-04-16 Paid again very fast. No scam
here
Date: 2010-16-04 06:27:25
Batch: 35694489
From Account: U6918004
Amount: $1.00
Memo: Withdrawal from Current
Account

Thank you.

2010-04-16 There is No problem
Panamoney is paying

While usually officials of such projects along with their advocates try to parry a blow with such an objection as there are 3 to 4 days before the pending payment could be processed ten days after the first complaint another user wrote:

2010-04-26 PAYMENT STILL PENDING FROM
LAST WEEK NO INTEREST IN
3-DAYS.

And one more user:

2010-04-27 pending withdrawal for a week

HYIP monitors reflect the situation about PanaMoney this way:

Money-News-Online.com

GoldPoll.com

Hyip.com
_____________6.jpg

Making a screenshot of Hyip.com website report on PanaMoney we decided to leave the following line uncut to show you that PTV, PanaMoney, Oico and AIM are not the only programs with Problem or Not Paying status. Very popular projects like Verifield (as you see), NSQ Investment, Atlantis MIA and many others are failing en masse.

Hyip.com on NSQ:

GoldPoll on Atlantis MIA:
_____________5.jpg

Oico

_____________10.jpgWhile the website of Oico.biz is still available and shows no signs of any problems with loading the HYIP monitors downgraded the investment project to problematic status:

It was in mid-April when the problems with payments arose. A user wrote:

2010-04-20 Paying selectively only small
amounts. I've not been paid
for over 1 week! Complete
scam soon! Beware

Another user reported that his deposit disappeared in a strange way:

2010-04-20 Something weird is going on.
My recent deposit disappeared.
No response. Was notified
that they paid but no money
showed up.

Up to present time users continue reporting more and more cases of being unpaid by Oico.

AIM Trust

_____________12.jpgStarting mid-April AIM Trust failed to pay some users. Investors started reporting delays in withdrawals or absolute denial of any payments. At the end of the month GoldPoll monitor received a verified information that confirmed the project went dark:

2010-04-27 It seems that AIM Trust Online
has run dry. My last
successful withdrawal was on
April 22nd. Although Jane is
available on online support
all she can say is that
"Administration and
programmers are working on
this."
Anyway, AIM Trust Online has
been generous enough to return
181% on my investment. R.I.P.

At present time the website of AIM is still available. However, monitors report the following:

GoldPoll.com
_____________2.jpg
Hyipmonitor.com
hyipmonitor_aim.jpg

In the end

According to unconfirmed reports from some sources Genius Funds have run away with $600 million, PTV Partner plans to rob investors of $415 million, PanaMoney will soon disappear with $408 million, Oico will misappropriate $366 million of investors’ money and AIM Trust will steal $311 million.

The most terrifying thing about the situation is that usually companies behind scam projects are fake and are not subject to any regulation, they have no true certification and any brick-and-mortar offices that could be visited by law enforcement authorities. They exist only online. Any investigation leads to wrong addresses where there are no offices of such companies and people there even hadn’t ever heard about such firms.
