eHarmony fixed up lawsuit related to same-sex dating

As it became known Tuesday eHarmony, an online dating website, fixed up a class action lawsuit over same-sex matching.

According to the company, all the claims against it will be dismissed. Moreover, it intends to create $2 million settlement fund with $500,000 designated as a fund for claims by the class.

Earlier, in 2007, eHarmony did not admit any wrongdoing or liability by settling the case filed in 2007 on behalf of a class of gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals in California, claiming they were unable to use the website to be matched with same-sex partners.
