Adfexfund adds to express scam

This surf program which is known as adfexfund can be added to one of the express turn to scam program. This program has been running for 21 days and offers two types of plans which are 10% daily for 12 days and 9% daily for 16 days for surf plans while for non surf the plans are 3.2% daily for 45 days and 5% daily for 30 days.  

The members smell a scam sign about this program when the website went down and became unstable with log in problem. The sign was right when this program is no longer honoring the pay out requests since a week ago.
