You can not make cash by surfing and watching those rotating websites when you join this scam autosurf program which is known as cashbysurf. This program was started in the beginning of last month and offers only one type of plan that requires the players to deposit money into the program or purchase the upgrade package in order for them to earn 12% daily for 12 days. 

 We received complaints from the members that this autosurf program has stopped paying since end of last month. Some of the members also complained that their upgrades have been changed to zero even tough their upgrades were still valid and not expired yet. This program also does not have a rating page.
