PayPal partners with Transaction Wireless to introduce mobile terminal
Transaction Wireless, a mobile commerce payment and marketing company, is partnering with PayPal™ to power the company’s wCharge Credit Card Terminal by Transaction Wireless™ so as to enable small merchants to accept credit card payments almost anywhere using only a mobile phone and a PayPal account.

With Transaction Wireless’ solution users of PayPal can accept all major credit cards on the go via any mobile phone, while saving money. Merchants using wCharge mobile POS can accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club and Discover credit cards and issue receipts to customers' mobile phones or email addresses.

The wCharge Credit Card Terminal by Transaction Wireless is compatible with any mobile phone and with any U.S. carrier. In order to create an account merchants will need to pay a subscription fee for the service in addition to the PayPal fees.
