Bill Me Later and Zappos.com announce “The Household CEO” winner
As it became known Tuesday, Bill Me Later Inc. and Zappos.com unveiled the winner of the “Household CEO” video contest, a stay-at-home CEO from Lexington, Kentucky Lisa Roberts. Creating the video, Lisa used “H.O.W.L.istic” management style that let her earn top distinction.

Lisa’s winning video entry, “The Unfillable Shoes of Our CEO,” features hilarious yet endearing “testimonials” from her staff, including eldest daughter Ashley,5 (VP, Public Relations) and triplets Benjamin (VP, Development), Casey (VP, Human Relations) and Danielle (VP, Operations) offering unique peeks into her dynamic management style.

Lisa Roberts’ video, was selected from more than 90 entries. So she gets a $2,500 shopping spree courtesy of Bill Me Later and Zappos.com. When she was recognized as a winner, Lisa exclaimed "I'm so excited! It’s a great honor and the timing couldn’t be better. We can use our award to buy some back-to-school bonuses for our hard-working staff!”

Bill Me Later and Zappos.com campaign to highlight Household CEOs was started in May, 2009, with a survey of 645 women, who were questioned of “What does it take to fill your shoes?”

The results were very surprising: the majority of respondents named the mobile phone as more important than significant others in managing both their household and professional live. Almost 70% of inquired women who work both outside and inside the home still have primary responsibility for managing the household, cooking, kids’ homework and the family’s social life.
