McAfee’s products get a Citrix certification and now can protect XenApp

McAfee, Inc. announced that its McAfee® VirusScan® Enterprise, McAfee AntiSpyware Enterprise, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator® and McAfee Vulnerability Manager have been verified as Citrix Ready™. This verification means that the above mentioned McAfee products have completed a rigorous verification process to ensure compatibility with Citrix® XenApp™.

The Citrix Ready program identifies trusted, third-party solutions that add the greatest value in the Citrix Delivery Center™ infrastructure. Now customers can be sure that McAfee’s systems security and vulnerability management products have successfully passed a series of tests established by Citrix to work effectively with XenApp.

The ability to protect XenApp allows McAfee to expand its reach in the data center, protecting even more critical systems and data than before. McAfee enables business by providing the level of security necessary for organizations to safely virtualize applications. Citrix customers will look to McAfee to protect their XenApp environments.
