Trustcash and Alligato launch payment solution for cell long-distance services
Trustcash Holdings, Inc., a pioneer of anonymous payment systems for the internet, confirmed that it is in negotiations with Alligato Inc. to provide an alternative payment solution for their mobile long distance services.

The Alligato service enables large member based organizations, existing service providers, application providers and web communities to provide cell phone long distance for their customers and members with greater quality and at significantly lower costs (up to 90% savings). Now Alligato offers its customers a postpaid billing model via credit card. Alligato management are excited to incorporate with Trustcash as an alternative, secure, private and reliable payment system which can be instrumental in the expanding distribution of their cell long distance service.

Trustcash developed a business based on the sale of a virtual stored value card that provides a unique level of both security and privacy to the purchaser. The company markets its Trustcash(TM) payment card, which is sold in denominations ranging from $10 to $200 online.

The forward-looking statements, contained in the press release, involve a number of risks and uncertainties, including the sufficiency of existing capital resources, technological changes and uncertainties related to the development of Trustcash's business model. The actual results Trustcash may achieve could differ materially from any forward-looking statements due to such risks and uncertainties.
