iPhone 3GS led to 400% increase in video uploading in 7 days
The release of iPhone 3GS has been no less successful than the original release of iPhone which became the most popular cameraphone on photo-sharing site Flickr. The sale of more than one million units of iPhone 3GS in 7 days serves as a proof for the success of the newly released product.

The increase in video uploading to the sharing site from mobile phones has been noted at 400 % by product manager Dwipal Desai and community manager Mia Quagliarello on the YouTube blog since the iPhone 3GS's release last Friday. The 400% increase has been said to be a considerable increase even though it is a fraction of 1,700 % increase over the last six months.

Uploading videos to YouTube has been added to video-shooting and -editing features of iPhone with the help of which mobile video sharing is becoming the norm of the daily life.
