ATG introduces Early Access Program for ATG Commerce Suite 9.1

ATG (Art Technology Group, Inc.), the premier provider of e-commerce solutions, announced the launch of ATG’s Early Access Program, designed to provide the company’s global implementation partners with advance product access and training on future releases. By arming with the skills and technical knowledge necessary to help joint customers take full advantage of new features and capabilities built into ATG Commerce Suite, those customers will enjoy shorter implementation timelines and lower costs. The ATG Commerce Suite is a comprehensive, flexible, highly scalable e-commerce solution that drives every phase of a personalized online shopping experience. By making shopping and buying more personal and fulfilling for consumers, ATG’s cross-channel commerce capabilities yield higher conversion rates and order sizes. ATG enables merchants to centrally manage content, catalogs, and promotions to orchestrate customer experiences across channels. It also includes new features that enable more cost effective and efficient implementations and integrations, new REST API’s, which simplify integration with other applications. Available at the end of July 2009, ATG Commerce Suite 9.1 also enhances Commerce Service Center, ATG’s personalized, integrated customer service application. Enhancements to this application include a stronger cross-channel foundation for applications in the agent center, on mobile devices, and in customer kiosks at physical stores.
