eBIZ.mobility adds a payment option for Facebook application developers
On Monday eBIZ.mobility Ltd. announced that its OneTouch Online Purchasing payment processing system is now available for the Facebook users and application developers in the form of a payment plugin. Using this plugin application developers will reportedly be able to monetize their Facebook traffic in 26 countries by adding an alternative payment option into their offerings.

Two years ago Facebook allowed access to third-party applications on its portal and to date 52,000 applications have been added by developers who try to target Facebook’s huge auditorium of more than 200 million users. Facebook says that over 70% of Facebook users interact with platform applications each month.

As the official report says the application developers can use the new Facebook payment plugin to process payments of any amount. Besides, the new system is predominantly designed to process global micropayments profitably. Using the system, consumers can make purchases from any location without using a credit card and while keeping their personal information completely private.

"OneTouch Online Purchasing is very excited to be in a position to take full advantage of the micropayment revolution internationally," said Jeremy Kagan, eBIZ.mobility's CEO. "More than 70% of Facebook users are based outside the USA, and now every application that's built for Facebook can be quickly and easily monetized worldwide, guaranteeing that any customer anywhere in the world can purchase safely and effortlessly."
