PayPal is one of the best employers in India 2009

According to the “Best Employers in India 2009” study by Hewitt Associates, eBay company PayPal has been named as one of the top 25 best employers in India. The company has received the 17th position in the study. Ajay Soni, practice lead, Hewitt Best Employers in India 2009, said: "PayPal is an organization which provides opportunities to employees to do things differently. The level of empowerment in this organization is commendable. However, the clear differentiator for this organization is its ability to integrate contractual staff and full-time employees to give a common employment experience."
