e-siP@y – a new brand of Home Buyer System

Home Buyer System, the end-to-end sourcing, sales and compliance system for mortgages and general insurance, has announced major upgrades and e-siP@y - a new brand for its debit and credit card payment system. The e-siP@y system was originally designed as a low-cost option enabling mortgage advisers and IFAs to collect customer fees via their debit and credit cards. E-siP@y  is now also in demand from estate and lettings agents and many other small businesses collecting payments from their customers who wish to use their debit and credit cards. The system of tariffs for e-siP@y enables users to select the most economic tariff choice for their individual usage. Giving the ability to collect payment over the phone, on their website, by e-mail and by mobile phone, providing payment accounting systems and reporting at the back end, the card payment system became available to “self hosted” users who wish to make use of e-siP@y’s facilities. Richard Angliss, managing director of Home Buyer Systems, comments the improved features now offered by e-siP@y: “Following the successful initial period we are now able to pass on, in full, discounts of up to 0.5% offered by our payment gateway supplier. We have also introduced a unique benefit, which is to remove the normal differential between debt and credit card payments, and will now be charging a set fee per transaction on debit card payments.”
