Smart Answer online casino faces just another lawsuit over copyrights

Panama based online gambling company, Smart Answer became a subject of a lawsuit. The suit also names Susana Gonzales as a defendant. The case was filed by Station Casinos in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas.

Station Casinos accused Smart Answer of violating the copyrights as it has one of the names of Station Casinos’ properties. Thus the lawsuit said the names "boulderstation," "sunsetstation," and "palacestation" were used by the defendant company online.

According to Station Casinos, the websites then proceed to Golden Casino. In this lawsuit accused companies have not yet responded to the charges against them, but they are not new to this sort of lawsuit.

Last year MGM Mirage filed a case against the company and was awarded a $2.2 million judgment and an injunction against Smart Answer. However, the company has not paid that money yet, and MGM stopped pursuing as it recognized how difficult it would be to get money.
