New classifieds at eBay Motors allows to buy a car near your home

eBay Motors, a part of eBay Inc. and the Internet's largest marketplace for buying and selling all things automotive, announced that it launched eBay Motors Local Classifieds for individual sellers. This new online classified listing feature enables connection of car buyers and sellers within a 100 mile radius of their local market and is offered for free to sellers for a limited time.

Within the initial promotional period that ends on July 15, 2009 sellers can list up to 6 vehicles for a 7 day period with no insertion or successful listing fees.

With local listings 12 million monthly unique visitors of eBay Motors can easily find the pre-owned vehicle they want. Searching through the classifieds on eBay Motors can be performed using such criteria as make, model year, color, pricing or mileage to find the perfect fit. While having an option to buy cars in a local area customers can also view the vehicle, kick the tires, and complete the transaction in person.
