Smartlink and MasterCard partner for an online payment portal

According to VietNamNet, Smartlink and MasterCard have launched a new online payment portal enabling to process electronic transactions and services on shopping websites in Vietnam with a help of five international cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club.

Based on this “Smartlink–MasterCard” portal Smartlink is currently working on a comprehensive electronic payment solution to enable member banks to connect with goods and service providers.

Smartlink has teamed with the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam and other banks seeking to provide online payment services that are connected with the e-ticket sales system of Vietnam Airlines, Jetstar Pacific and some other large providers of goods and service.
