Former Visa CEO appointed to the board of Cyber Source

According to latest reports former Visa Chief Executive Carl Pascarella joined Cyber Source Corporation, a leading provider of electronic payment and risk management solutions, as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Pascarella has more than 22 years of industry experience to the Board, including serving as President and CEO of Visa U.S.A., Inc. from 1993 to 2005.
