UPS facilitates shipping for Yahoo! Small Businesses
UPS announced new additions to the e-commerce solutions used by Yahoo! Small Business merchants, aimed at making international shipping and item returns more convenient for their customers.

The addition includes International Forms, Paperless Invoices, Returns, Residential/Commercial Address Classification. The first two enhancements make it easier and cheaper for both customers and the merchants to submit/receive orders and invoices by offering online forms. The latter two concentrate on shipment of the goods to the customer and in appropriate cases back to the merchant, decreasing the chances of misunderstanding among participating parties.

Moreover, Yahoo! Small Business merchants have access to UPS OnLine® Tools in Yahoo!’s order management system, including Shipping, Tracking, Rates and Service Selection, Time in Transit, and Address Validation services.

High volume Yahoo! merchants can enjoy importing and exporting processing provided by UPS WorldShip®. Windows-based shipping software is designed for customers with high-volume shipping needs, and it already went through over 550,000 installations worldwide.
