Business networks, how are they important for a CEO?
A new business network that's exclusively for CEOs, Senior Executives and Specialist Professionals known as “CEO Lounge” conducted a survey that polled 500 CEOs, Senior Executives and Business Owners (all of whom use at least one of the major business networks). While many expected online business networking to be just a passing trend the reality proved to be quite contrary.

The study showed that business managers and executives use the Internet to exchange information and find new opportunities through interaction with their peers. At the same time the survey focused on the online networking needs of these individuals who admitted that they wish more exclusive, private and interactive experience than that offered by the major business networks.

Thus the poll determined that:

• 85% use business-networking sites to find new business opportunities.
• 90% rate exclusivity as a "very important" attribute of a business network.
• 93% want real-time interaction within a business network.
