Turkey’s eGovernment Gateway project sets off
Turkey's 70 million citizens can now access eGovernment services through the new gateway. The eGovernment gateway also enables the public sector agencies to network and share information with each other.

E-Government Gateway offers overall 21 services through secure transaction enabled by electronic signature, mobile electronic signature or passwords. Services are expected to be offered by smartcards and imprinted digital certificates in the near future.

The gateway is also expected to launch payment/banking module and facilitate payments and money transfers between the government agencies and users.
