Apparently, a hyip called 1311project has failed since a few days ago when members reported the admin has been paying to selective monitors and members only. 1311project offers 13% daily for 11 days and has been running for a week now. People are advised to be careful and don’t get fooled with the continuous paid posts on public forums which were made by a few monitors and members.
