Voice Commerce Group goes on acquisition Perpetual Payments

Voice Commerce Group finalized the acquisition of Perpetual Payments, a credit card services and merchant account provider. 

Voice Commerce Group was established by the inventor Nick Ogden, CEO, in 2003. The company offers biometric voice authentication of online payments to its subscribers. Through the use of VoicePay and Voice Transact customers can authenticate financial transactions using their mobile phones. Voice Commerce Group plans to benefit from Perpetual Payments experience to further develop and grow as a provider of cutting-edge financial services. Perpetual Payments have served merchants across the UK for over ten years.

Nick Ogden has disclosed that Perpetual Payments is the first of several acquisitions scheduled for 2009.
