A claim bar date has been set on January 31st, 2008, therefore, members are again required to log in and either accept the claim amount or dispute the claim amount. The Court has set a claims bar date of January 31, 2008 and made it mandatory for investors to log in and take the steps outlined in the Notice in order to have a claim and receive a distribution from the receivership estate. Please review the Notice carefully. Please note: this email is only a reminder. If you have already logged onto the investor We b Portal and either (a) accepted your claim amount, or ( b ) disputed your claim amount and mailed in a proof of claim with supporting documentation, then you need not take any additional action in order to have a claim. If you have logged onto the We b Portal and indicated that you "Dispute" the claim amount, b ut you have not submitted a proof of claim form with supporting documents, you must do so b y January 31, 2008.
