2000Charge’s payment offering to include iDEAL
2000Charge, alternative billing solutions provider, announced that it added the iDEAL payment service to their 2009 product suite. iDEAL represents a direct debit payment option designed by the Dutch banks to facilitate for consumers in The Netherlands online payments for products and services from merchants via 2000Charge as a billing solution provider.

With iDEAL users can make online payments using online banking through their own bank. After the purchase is complete the funds are instantly debited from the consumer's bank account. At the moment the service can be used by the customers of ABN AMRO, Fortis, Postbank, Rabobank or SNS Bank. iDEAL is available immediately for the consumers who already have online banking with any of these banks without need in subscribing for the service.
