Hi-media micropayment processing company reports 30% increase in sales
Hi-media Group, a parent company of Allopass payment processing company, reports a 30% increase in sales for the financial year ending December 31, 2008.

On-line advertising sales in the fourth quarter of 2008 rose by 4% mainly due to a beneficial November month in France and to high performance in Spain and Belgium. A total of 10% growth for the year 2008 has been observed in this sector by the company.

Micropayment revenues of the company have continued to rise reaching an increase of 74% for the end of the year. Reasons of such advantage have been reported to be: an increase in the web sites offering paid digital items; an increase in the company market share; the performance of the new duplicated technical platform; new products; expansion of the service to more countries. With the recently obtained authorization required for launching its e-wallet solution HiPay, the company expects further growth in 2009.

The Hi-media proprietary sites have exceeded the projections of representing 10% of the sales and reached more than 13% (15.1 million euros), due to the strong increase in audience of Group sites targeting the youth, and the implementation of the micropayment tools.

In 2009, the Group plans to continue its monetization efforts by concentrating on its sites dedicated to the target group of 15 to 30 year olds.

The on-line media Group Hi-media (ISIN Code FR0000075988 - HIM, HIM.FR) is a European leader in monetizing the Internet audience.
