Assuritas teams up with GlobalSign
It was announced that Assuritas made partnership with GlobalSign.. It has joined the GlobalSign Partner Program. It was done to offer SSL Certificates to its customers, including Extended Validation Certificate standard.

Assuritas, known as a provider of identity management and anti-fraud products and services, will spread its business frontiers with the GlobalSign Partner Program. It will be offering the full range of GlobalSign SSL Certificates to its customers. However, Assuritas has already earned the reputation of perspective business provider. And its Extended Validation SSL Certificate offers some benefits. For example it activates the green address bar in new high security browsers such as IE7, Firefox, Opera and Safari. Assuritas offers the customers brands such as Tesco with a new level of defence in the fight against Cardholder Not Present fraud. Its solutions continue to gain respect amongst trusted enterprises, government agencies and security vendors, and can be an effective tool for rebuilding consumer confidence in online transactions with strong visual cues linked to the identity of the site operator.

Moreover, by joining the GlobalSign Partner Program Assuritas will help promote the benefits of using EV SSL Certificates in the UK. The deployment of EV SSL will show how this new technology can be used against the increasing levels of online fraud and brand abuse. Furthermore, EV is expected to become a critical tool for organisations to rebuild consumer confidence in online transactions and identities.
