Tax refunds program from NetSpend and Liberty Tax Service
On Friday, January 16, NetSpend Corporation announced that Liberty Tax Service introduced the option of loading their tax refunds onto a NetSpend All-Access Liberty Prepaid Card that can be used for financial transactions at establishments where Visa(R) cards are accepted. The All-Access Liberty Prepaid Card program was meant for customers to do business with Liberty Tax Service as well as to enable Liberty franchisee owners, employees and customers to manage their finances beyond tax season.

In order to implement an exclusive All-Access Liberty Prepaid Card used for everyday purchases NetSpend, one of the premier providers of prepaid reloadable debit cards in the United States, signed a multi-year agreement with Liberty Tax Service. The All-Access Liberty Prepaid Card is a Liberty-branded general purpose reloadable debit card issued by Inter National Bank and marketed by NetSpend.

"The appeal of this product is its versatile year-round financial management use, as our All-Access Liberty Prepaid Card can be used for loading a tax refund, then reloaded at one of NetSpend's nationwide partner reload locations for continuous use," said John Hewitt, chief executive officer of Liberty Tax Service. "We are tapping its potential as a brand builder beyond the time limits of the tax season, and incorporating its use for employees and franchisees."
