Citi and U.S. Government reach definitive agreements on loss sharing program
Citi has announced it has entered into definitive agreements with the U.S. Department of Treasury, The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York with respect to the loss sharing program previously announced on November 23, 2008. 

Covered Asset Pool is $301 billion of assets including loans and securities backed by residential and commercial real estate, consumer loans and other assets except hedges. 

A summary of terms for the program and a description of the assets covered under the program are attached to this release and are available on www.citigroup.com.
