Economic crisis – Obama postpones campaign promises

The newly elected President of the United State who takes office on January 20th, Barack Obama said that in order to overcome the economic problems will require the sacrifice of Americans and some promises made during the campaign will be postponed.

He made a statement to reply to a recent national unemployment report about what he said previously on saving or creating 3 million to 4 million new jobs.

Speaking to the nation, his team published the figures on the employment situation, Obama said in his weekly radio and video that 90% of the jobs will be created in the private sector. The rest are in public sector jobs, such as teachers, policemen and firemen.

The report released on Saturday by the team of Obama foreseen the creation of 678,000 new jobs in construction and 408,000 jobs in manufacturing sectors by next year as part of a $775 billion stimulus plan.
